Clothing and other necessary things for our hikes

Good hiking shoes.

Raincoat, if it looks like it might rain.

A hat for the sun from May to September.

Long trousers and shirt. If it is summer, they should be of a light textile, which lets the body breath and allows the circulation of air.

Water bottle. The quantity depends on the possibility to refill our bottles during the hike that we will choose. So, please consult me before we start.

Second pair of socks.

A towel, especially if we will follow a trail that follows or meets a river with the possibility of swimming in pools.

Some food and fruits, quantity depending on the hours of the hike.
